Having worked for more than 25 years with international brands like Jaeger-LeCoultre, Breitling, Miele, American International Assurance (AIA), GUESS and Reebok International; Oscar has gained an in-depth understanding and knowledge of how mega corporations operate.


Oscar had the opportunity to spearhead SME Centre@SICCI strategic development in recent years, developing an engagement with Small Medium Enterprises, he hopes to render his expertise to assist and guide these SMEs to scale up in their growth. With an extensive network in the commercial landscape, Oscar hopes to reach out to more businesses to educate and assist them in their journey to be sustainable in all their commercial endeavours.



James Cronan

James is a leader internationally across the ESG space working with businesses and projects spanning Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia and the US. James has a background within the financial services sector working in banking, equities trading, risk and compliance before moving into the ESG and sustainability market over 12 years ago.


James bring with him a unique skillset, coupling knowledge of the financial and investment market with various project experience across property, renewables, infrastructure, government and the build environment globally.



Allen Cheong

As the Chief Financial and Sustainability Officer at Embrace ESG Pte Ltd, Allen oversees the integration of financial strategies with sustainable practices, ensuring long-term value creation and environmental stewardship. With a strong passion for ESG and sustainability, he provides consultancy and trainings to corporates and institutions on ESG Investing and sustainability, and he also holds the CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing. His expertise in strategy formulation, capital solutions, and value creation, honed through more than 25 years of corporate finance experience in leading financial institutions such as DBS Bank, OCBC Bank, Daiwa Capital Markets and Singapore Exchange, enables him to bridge the gap between traditional financial practices and modern ESG principles, and empower businesses to make informed and impactful decisions for a sustainable future.


Graduated with an MBA from the Chicago Booth School of Business, he is also a Chartered Financial Analyst, Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst, and Chartered Valuer and Appraiser. He actively volunteers in the community as the Chairman of a grassroot organisation.



Prof Lawrence Loh

Prof Lawrence Loh is Director, Centre for Governance and Sustainability (CGS) at NUS Business School, National University of Singapore where he is Professor in Practice of Strategy and Policy. Prof Loh received a PhD in Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. His thesis on technology governance was awarded global first prize in the worldwide doctoral competition in the field of management information systems.


Prof Loh is a lead investigator on a study in sustainable banking for all listed banks in ASEAN. Recently, he spearheads market studies on climate reporting in ASEAN as well as nature and biodiversity reporting in Asia Pacific. Prof Loh serves as judge for many corporate sustainability awards and competitions in Singapore and the Asian region. Prof Loh conducts executive development programs in sustainability for leading institutions across Asia Pacific and Singapore. He is a multi-time winner of NUS Annual Teaching Excellence Award and NUS Business School Teaching Excellence Award. His name has been placed on the University’s Honour Roll for excellent teaching. Prof Loh is a regular commentator for leading global and local media. He has a citation count of some 500 per year across media worldwide, including numerous front-page headlines.

BK possesses many years in private equity investments and direct entrepreneurial setups. He was appointed as jury for 2022 to 2024's FinanceAsia Achievement Awards that recognises excellence in bringing issuers and investors together to develop Asia's financial markets. Bk possess intimate understanding of uncertain marketplace and the ability to provide tailored solutions, especially untapped opportunities for growth to maximise corporate potential.


BK started his career with companies such as NOL, Océ, Canon and SingTel Yellow Pages and holds an MBA from Charles Sturt University, a Business Administration (4.0 GPA) degree from Ottawa University and a Marine Engineering (Merit) diploma.



Jaimie Lim

Jaimie graduated from The National University of Singapore with a Bachelor’s in Economics and Statistics. She has more than 26 years of experience in the financial sector, working in top global investment banks such as Morgan Stanley, Nomura and UBS in various roles as a Private Banker, Product Specialist and Corporate Advisor raising and managing Clients’ investments. She spent 10 years in Insurance and Estate Planning and is currently expanding her knowledge and skills in the area of Philanthropy. She has a wide network of High Net Worth(HNW), Ultra High Net Worth(UHNW) & Corporate Clients from Singapore and around the Region. At the same time, she is also passionate and driven about sustainability which is reflected in her 10 years partnership with Waste2Wear where she represented the company in Sales & Business Development for Singapore & Malaysia, helped the company raise funds for growth and this year Waste2Wear will be listed on The Stock Exchange. She has used her extensive network and skills to raise awareness & funds for Waste2Weave & Ocean Plastics Social Initiatives.



Edmund Cheng



CHIEF OPERATING & ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER



Edmund is a proven leader in business management, operations & project management and planning & organisation. He has served his early career in the Singapore Armed Forces spanning multiple appointments from human resources, operations and capability development before joining the private sector and managed a $20M+ business with 1,000 employees as the Singapore country head for a UK MNC. He was previously head of human resources for Far East Organization's F&B Group.


Currently, he is a managing partner of a business advisory firm providing advisory and consultancy on corporate financing, human resources, organisational restructuring, financial management and regulatory affairs.


Edmund graduated with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration. He also holds a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and a Certificate in Public Relations and Mass Communications.
